The conference began with the presentation of the programs for the 2017 season, followed by the award ceremony to the journalists who won the RAMY competition for the best sailing report.

For example, journalist Nazim Larbaoui won the title of the best TV report of the Dzaïr TV channel, journalist Abdellah Ghessoum of the daily newspaper Planète Sport won the title of the best article on sailing, and the best interview was returned to Amel Charouf of the radio Jil FM, including the organization of the first KITESURF event at Djorf Torba (Béchar) from 12 to 16 April 2017, a competition aimed at popularizing and developing the different disciplines of sailing.

On this occasion, the ASF also honored the gold medalist athletes of all time.

The president of the ASF also presented to the media the new National Technical Director in the person of Mr.Farid Ben Bakhta. As well as the new logo of the Algerian Federation of Sailing.

Through this major competition, the RAMY brand, as an official sponsor of sailing, is keen to encourage journalists to motivate them to cover this discipline and make it known to young Algerians. At the end of the ceremony, the RAMY brand announced the renewal of the sponsorship contract with the Algerian Sailing Federation during the 2017-2018 season.

It should be remembered that this partnership is part of shared values, namely: solidarity, team spirit and also performance.
